Cancellation Policy

Below are the essential terms of this agreement: Your 12 month membership offers curated courses, expert mentorship, and exclusive resources. Membership includes a monthly fee of $1,250 or a one-time payment of $15,000. Monthly Fee will be set up for auto pay on the 1st of the month. Late Fees: $100 if payment is delayed beyond a 5-day grace period. Continued missed payments may suspend membership privileges. Fees are non-refundable, except during the cancellation period or at Aesthetic Mentor's discretion under exceptional circumstances. For joining, members receive: Access to all outlined courses. Free virtual membership on the Aesthetic Mentor app with 24/7 educational content. Participation in quarterly the Aesthetic Playdates. Included courses: NovTox RA 1.0 AdvTox NovFil Consult & Assess Workshop Cannula Workshop Lip Workshop RA 2.0 AE Deeper Dive Midface Workshop Lower Third & Neck Workshop PLLA/CaHa Workshop Cancellation Rights: Cancel within 3 business days of signing without penalties. Written notice must be emailed to training@aestheticmentor.com Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable beyond the cancellation period unless specific exceptional circumstances apply. Members must: Adhere to a professional code, including punctuality, proper attire, and respectful conduct. Participate in scheduled courses and playdate sessions. Failure to uphold these expectations may result in termination of membership. Aesthetic Mentor Rights: Course schedules, curriculum, or instructors may be modified if necessary, with prompt notification to members. Either party may terminate with a 30-day written notice. If membership is terminated early, members owe full costs of completed courses. Disputes unresolved through discussion will proceed to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, held in Illinois. Aesthetic Mentor is excused from obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics. Aesthetic Mentor is not liable for member losses unless arising from negligence. Members indemnify the company from claims arising from participation.
